General Information:

Registration:
After dropping off your clubs at the bag drop, please park your car and go to the clubhouse for registration.

Practice Areas:
Putting greens and driving ranges will open at 8:30 A.M. Range balls are complimentary.

Golf Shop:
Golf Shop will open at 8:30 A.M.

Cell Phones:
Cell phones use is not permitted in the clubhouse or on the golf course.

Attire:
Casual attire during the day and evening.  Please wear collared shirts on the golf course.  Bermuda shorts are acceptable.  Blue jeans are not allowed. Only soft spike shoes are allowed on the course.  No jackets required for cocktails and dinner.

Car Keys:
Important, Please bring your car keys with you onto the course.  After play, return your golf bag to your car before returning to the clubhouse for dinner.

Scoring Procedure:
Each foursome will play as a team. One person will be named team captain and will keep their teams official score.  Each golfer will tee off on each hole and will play from the best ball position from only one of their teams best balls. Each player will play from that best ball position. Each player must play at least one of their drives per each nine. The best ball gross is to be recorded for each appropriate hole. The low team gross score is the teams best ball score.

Tees:
Men please use the blue or middle tees.  Women may use the red or forward tees.

Mulligans and Putting Contest:
At registration you may purchase mulligans (usable at any time) 0ne (1) for $5.00 or Three (3) for $10.00. A $10,000 putting contest* ticket for $5.00 will be available as well.

 Refreshments:                                           Course refreshments and snacks will be available for cash on the course. Water can be purchased on the course and is available at selected holes. 

Cocktails and Dinner:                       Cocktails (Cash bar) and dinner will be held after play.

Final Foursome and Tee Assignments:
Available at registration.

Silent Auction:
The silent auction will be displayed at registration, on the course, during cocktails and dinner.  The auction will close at the beginning of the awards ceremony. 

Trophies and Prizes:
Prizes will be awarded during dinner.  Categories may include:

• Mixed Low Gross Foursomes 
• Mens and Womens Closest to the Pin 
• Mens and Womens Longest Drive  
• Longest Putt
• Mens and Womens Shortest Drive

Hole-in-One Prizes*:
* Only to the first golfer who makes a hole in one on the designated hole wins.
